You actually have a lot of options when looking for the finest prebuilt gaming PC under $800 and are no longer limited to low FPS or graphics settings. A gaming PC under $800 is still excellent for 1080p gaming even though it cannot compete with high-end models. Regardless of whether you enjoy single-player AAA games or are a competitive player, these suggestions will work well in this price range.

Suppose a gamer or streamer was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to grant three wishes. In that case, we are confident that they would wish for data transfer to be as quick as lightning, to have access to the most cutting-edge streaming equipment available, and to be an undoubted success on Twitch. The greatest prebuilt gaming PC for around $800 would be what we would ask for if they had the chance to make their fourth wish. The fact that PCs with integrated video cards perform lower than their prebuilt gaming counterparts is widely known. Furthermore, contrary to what you would believe, buying one does not require spending the entire budget.

How We Select the Best Gaming PC

We scoured famous and trustworthy prebuilt gaming PC manufacturers, and even the latest prebuilt gaming PCs from companies that specialize in upgrades and customizations.

After huge research, we came up with a long list of potential competitors, we then: examined the specs, compared them, and came up with the five best-prebuilt gaming PCs.

How We Examine

To provide you suggestions of how well these prebuilt gaming PCs performed, tests were made and benchmark results were recorded across a number of various games and platforms. We precisely choose popular games to give you an up-to-date reference.

Things to consider before buying a prebuilt gaming PC under $800

You will encounter a lot of misinformation in the PC gaming world. Prebuilt gaming PCs for $800 are not worth it, according to numerous posts that I have personally read. But the reality is just the reverse.

People often say things like this without considering how far the prebuilt PC gaming industry has come since its beginning. In this industry, the promotion of strong competition has resulted in more competitively priced goods.

There are many options available, and the vast majority of PCs offer excellent value. Overpriced gaming PCs are still occasionally, but they do exist. But for the time being, the majority of the offerings here offer excellent value.

How to choose a prebuilt gaming PC under $800?- The Buyer’s Guide

When buying a gaming PC under $800, there are some compromises and zones to concern yourself with compared to cheaper models, but you can expect older elements and around 500GB of storage usually. PCs under $800 look and perform great for the price. They provide everything for you need for seamless 1080p gameplay. We will guide you on how to buy the best-prebuilt gaming PC for under $800.

CPU and GPU

When buying a prebuilt computer in this range of price brackets, you are likely to be getting older-generation processors. Don’t worry though, they are still fabulous for gaming!

As prebuilt gaming PC’s under $800, the graphics cards that feature are often older generation. These GPUs may endure playing the latest AAA games in 1440p and 4K, but they succeed when playing in 1080p. They will also perform well enough for you to enjoy your favorite single-player games in high settings. All our picks have at least 8GB of DDR4 RAM, which is quite common for the price. Ideally, you need 16GB, but this is one of those trade-offs compared to making this yourself.

RAM and Storage

Although dual storage options are not likely to be available in these PCs’ storage capacities, SSDs are present.

The SSDs that come with the package are typically around 500GB, which is just enough space for your operating system and your favorite latest games. If you like to save a few media files on your computer, you might want to get an HDD so you can do that instead of using your SSD for gaming.

Connectivity and Aesthetics

When it comes to prebuilt gaming computers, connectivity is essential. In comparison to regular users, gamers need a lot more ports to connect to their devices. Recently, dual monitor setups have become popular as well, so when purchasing a PC, be sure it includes all the connectors you require.

Let’s face it, who doesn’t adore an aesthetically pleasing PC? Gaming PCs are all about the glitz and customization that go along with them.

We can all agree that a well-thought-out design may most likely boost the attraction of that particular PC, but I am aware that gamers have differing ideas on going completely crazy with fancy lighting and other such things.

If this is your first time purchasing a prebuilt gaming PC, shop around, consider all of your options, and learn more about customization and design features. When you’ve had enough of what you’ve seen, decide whatever aesthetic strategy you like best and just stick with it.

Upgradability

You might need to upgrade some of the components for $800 in the near future. You should have plenty of options for upgrading from the list we provide. Since most PC compatibility hinges around it, so you should frequently give priority to a powerful CPU when thinking about future-proofing. Follow the guidelines and get your best-prebuilt gaming PC for under $800

Case Aesthetic And Design

The CUK Continuum is a stunning gaming computer. It is perhaps one of the more attractive gaming computers available for less than $800.The PC’s aesthetic impact can be due to its creative and streamlined casing design. The CUK Continuum case is different from anything else I have seen. The front panel has a 3D star-like look thanks to the tiny LED lights under the glass. It goes without saying that this effect gives the PC a really attractive appearance. The case is also quite beautifully proportioned on its own. The size of the case is perfect. It is just the right size to hold the parts of a mid-range gaming PC because it is neither too huge nor too small.

This case offers a side glass panel in addition to the sleek and unique front panel. The way the side panel opens is also unique. The glass is permanently fastened on one side, unlike typical PC case side panels, and is attached to the case on the other. The airflow in this PC case is quite restricted because of the large amount of glass used in it. This PC’s side air ventilation holes allow airflow through the device.  This PC has insufficient airflow since the air ventilation holes are not effective enough.

Gaming Performance

This PC’s gaming performance is excellent and undoubtedly competitive with that of other gaming PCs in the sub-$800 price range. The NVIDIA GTX 2060 graphics card accounts for the majority of the performance. All of the most recent AAA games can be played on this graphics card with the maximum graphics level and a very good frame rate. These FPS numbers were provided to me by this PC during testing. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey had a frame rate of 93 while Red Dead Redemption 2 had 90. These games were both put through testing at 1080p extreme settings. The frame rates for high graphic quality in battle royale games like CoD Warzone and Fortnite were 94 and 180, respectively.

In terms of the Esports games, Valorant consistently averaged 360 FPS while CS: GO offered 250FPS. It is clear from the FPS values shown above that a 144Hz monitor will provide numerous benefits for this PC. However, since this PC does not ship from the factory with an OS preinstalled, you will first need to install Windows in order to play these games. If you want to use this gaming PC, you must complete this difficult task. The CUK Continuum Micro gaming computer excels in all areas. It functions reasonably well in all respects despite not being the absolute finest. In conclusion, the CUK Continuum is an excellent prebuilt gaming computer that shines as the best gaming PC under $800 you can buy.

Case Aesthetics and Design

The SkyTech Blaze 3.0 surprises me just when I thought the design of a prebuilt gaming PC couldn’t possibly get much more innovative. I would be dishonest if I did not admit that this PC caught my eye right away. It is so attractive that I have no doubt it would do the same for you. What distinguishes this computer from others is the casing. The front mesh panel has sophisticated patterning that not only looks distinctive but also serves a very practical purpose.

The SkyTech Blaze 3.0, as its name suggests, is blazing with RGB lighting that glows in every crevice of this computer to add some flair to the aesthetics. A fairly fascinating and distinctive-looking prebuilt gaming PC completes the overall aesthetical vibe by the RGB lighting.

Gaming Performance

The gaming experience is the most important factor of any PC, whether it is prebuilt or custom, as I have repeatedly stated. In the end, what matters is the game you are playing in front of you, not the specifications on paper. I’m really happy to tell you that this place offers one of the best gaming experiences for the $800 price tag. This computer essentially meets your needs for a gaming computer. The PC handled every game I threw at it during my testing without a hitch.

Regarding framerate, Red Dead Redemption 2 provides an average FPS of 60, and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla gives an average FPS of 40 on the PC. These games were both put through testing at 1080p medium settings. CoD Warzone averaged 70 FPS on 1080p Medium, whereas Fortnite averaged 165 FPS on 1080p High. Battle royal games also performed incredibly well.

Since esports games are the simplest to run, it should go without saying that you can easily surpass 144 frames per second in these games. In terms of framerate, Valorant consistently averaged 190 FPS during my testing, compared to CSGO’s 250FPS. Therefore, if you plan to get this SkyTech Blaze 3.0 prebuilt PC for competitive gaming, I recommend looking for a 144hz refresh rate monitor.

The AMD Ryzen 5 5600G processor, AMD RX 5500 graphics card, 8GB of DDR4 RAM, a 256GB SSD, and a micro-ATX enclosure are included with this HP Pavilion.

The HP Pavilion’s biggest feature is that it costs around $550, making it far less expensive than the other four selections on this list. Even though it won’t provide quite the same in-game performance as those two alternatives, the Ryzen 5 5600G and RX 5500 will be enough potent to run anything at higher resolutions on a 1080p monitor.

Case Aesthetics and Design

The iBUYPOWER SlateMR 500AD’s RGB lighting is predominant. It is one of those cases that has glass panels on both the front and the side in a glass sandwich style. You can see vibrant RGB lights, which seem really fashionable, underneath the glass panels. This case is a cut above its rivals in terms of quality in addition to having a premium look and feel. An indicator of excellent quality is when all the panels align well and the computer does not wobble. The looks of this gaming PC will appeal to RGB enthusiasts, and it should feel right at home.

Gaming Performance

The gaming experience with the iBUYPOWER SlateMR 500AD is excellent for the budget. You won’t find a gaming PC that performs this well for the price, even though it isn’t the top performance. This PC was capable of handling all the latest games I threw at it. Despite the fact that I tested this PC with 8GB of RAM, you can get even higher frame rates by increasing the RAM size. I experienced frame rates of 65 and 68 while playing demanding games like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey respectively.

When I played less demanding games like CSGO, Valorant, Apex Legends, and Rainbow Six Siege, my PC handled them like a champ. For instance, whereas Apex Legends and Rainbow Six Siege averaged 125 and 165 FPS, respectively, on high graphic settings, I consistently achieved 200+ FPS in CSGO and Valorant when playing on medium settings. Each of these games was played at 1080p resolution. After using the PC,  I can without hesitation suggest the iBUYPOWER SlateMR 500AD to anyone searching for an extravagant display of RGB lighting and a gaming PC that can meet all of your gaming needs.

Pros

➕ Simple but eye-catching design

➕ Front I/0 ports are simple to access

➕ Sometimes, the front USB-C port is useful

➕ DTS X audio is superior to other PCs’ generic audio.

➕ Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity are built-in.

    Cons

    ➖ Narrowed airflow

➖ Under heavy use, the PC becomes warm.

➖ 8GB RAM is limited in various ways.

    Case Aesthetics and Design

With the case, Acer has a fairly aggressive design going on. It’s impossible to miss the front panel’s protrusion, which curls outward from the middle to create a distinct crease that runs down the middle of the case. The Acer unibrow V-shaped cutout is the focal point of the front. This cutout helps the casing appear more aggressively. Additionally, the logo includes red-led backlighting to emphasize that vibe. Additionally, the case’s lid has red details that give the PC a commanding appearance. The strong lines that define the chassis here may still be seen when we move around the case to the top and the sides.

The airflow, though, is one element about which I’m not convinced. The holes carved out for airflow in this example are small and in the wrong places, and there is no proper ventilation for air to move through. Unfortunately, it appears that Acer sacrificed sufficient airflow for aesthetics.

    Gaming Performance

I’m happy to say that the Acer Nitro N50 continues to perform admirably when playing all of the current games you throw at it. Knowing that almost any game can be played on this computer, you look forward to your gaming session every time you sit down at your desk. No matter what game I was playing on this PC, this pattern repeated itself. On average, the Acer Nitro N50 can play Red Dead Redemption 2 at 50–60 frames per second on medium graphics settings and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey at 60–65 frames per second on high graphics settings.

When I go to the less demanding games, this PC handles them like a champ and provides excellent FPS. 60-70 FPS in CoD Warzone, 80-90 FPS in GTA V, and 160–170 FPS in CSGO.The demanding and less demanding games were both played at 1080p resolution, with all of the less demanding videogames evaluated at the highest graphic quality. In comparison to the other PCs on the list, the Acer Nitro N50 is a very capable prebuilt gaming PC that offers a flashy gaming experience in every way. As such, it is a very attractive option.
