Yes! Simply make sure that the Epic account you use on other platforms is linked to your Xbox/Microsoft account. Your progress will carry over to other platforms where you use your Epic account if your accounts are linked.

All current Fortnite game modes, including Battle Royale, Zero Build, Impostors, Save the World, and user-created games, are playable on Windows devices through Xbox Cloud Gaming.
